Lorinser’s inspiration for the design of the SL-class can be found on the racetrack; the Edition aerodynamics (shown) from the German DTM racing series; and the F1 aerodynamics from Formula One. While preserving the subtle styling cues from Mercedes-Benz, the characteristics of its racing ancestors are successfully highlighted. Alloy wheels are available up to 20”, as well as aerodynamics, sport exhaust and interior appointments for the SL500, AMG SL55 and SL600.
